By accessing or using EverWize ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including parents, guardians, and children accessing the Platform through a parent account.
EverWize is an educational subscription platform providing financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and personal development lessons for children aged 10 and above. For all enquiries, contact us at admin@ever-wize.com.
Each subscription allows one parent account and up to two child profiles. You must be at least 18 years old to create a parent account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
Child profiles may only be created by the parent or legal guardian who holds the subscription. By creating a child profile, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of that child.
EverWize offers a single Family plan:
All payments are processed securely by our authorised payment provider, who acts as the merchant of record and handles all transactions, invoicing, and applicable sales tax or VAT on our behalf. You may see their name appear on your bank or card statement.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will receive an email reminder before your annual subscription renews. Prices are displayed in USD for international users and AED for UAE-based users, as determined by your billing location.
New users may access the first lesson (Money Smarts 101) free of charge without a subscription. A valid account is required to access the free lesson. No credit card is required to try the free lesson.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us at admin@ever-wize.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Platform until then. We do not prorate partial periods.
If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or annual renewal. Refund requests must be submitted to admin@ever-wize.com with your account email and reason for the request. Refunds are processed by Paddle and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Refunds are not available for monthly subscriptions after the first 30 days, or for annual subscriptions after the 30-day window has passed. We reserve the right to refuse refunds where we reasonably believe the Platform has been used in a manner inconsistent with these terms.
EverWize is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:
All content on EverWize — including lessons, stories, characters (Nour, Zora, Rayan, Alex), audio narration, quizzes, illustrations, and code — is the intellectual property of EverWize and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
Parents and guardians are solely responsible for supervising their children's use of the Platform. EverWize content is designed to be age-appropriate for children aged 10 and above, but we encourage parents to review lessons alongside their children where possible.
EverWize does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. All child profiles are created and controlled by the parent or guardian account holder. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and applicable children's privacy regulations. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
EverWize is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Educational content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EverWize shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of EverWize after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
