At EverWize, we want you and your child to love the experience. If you're not satisfied, we make it straightforward to get your money back.
We offer a full refund within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase or annual renewal — no questions asked.
To request a refund, simply email us at admin@ever-wize.com with:
We will process your refund within 2 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within the first 30 days of purchase or renewal. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. However, you may cancel at any time to prevent future renewals — you will retain access until the end of your paid period.
Monthly subscriptions are eligible for a full refund on the first payment only, within 30 days of the initial purchase. Subsequent monthly payments are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time to stop future charges.
The free trial lesson (Money Smarts 101) requires no payment and is therefore not subject to this refund policy.
We reserve the right to decline a refund request if we have reasonable grounds to believe the Platform was used in violation of our Terms & Conditions (e.g., account sharing, content scraping, or fraudulent use).
All payments and refunds are processed by our authorised payment provider. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We are unable to issue refunds to a different payment method or as store credit.
Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund. If you also want a refund for the current period (within the 30-day window), please contact us separately after cancelling.
